Who We Are

Built on trust. Driven by results.

Welcome to The Londyn Group LLC a professional credit restoration firm dedicated to helping everyday people take back control of their financial future. We believe that a number on a report should never define what you're capable of achieving.

With a personalized, hands-on approach, we work directly with you to identify inaccurate, outdated, and unverifiable items dragging down your credit score and we dispute them aggressively and legally on your behalf.

We're not a one-size-fits-all service. We're your partner through every step of the process with transparent communication, monthly progress reports, and real credit-building strategies that set you up for long-term success.

How It Works

How the Process Works

Step 1: Enroll & Set Up Your Portal

Once you sign up, you'll be onboarded into our secure client portal. You'll also set up credit monitoring (required and billed separately) so we can track changes in real time.

Step 2 : We Analyze Your Credit Reports

Our team does a thorough review of your reports from all three bureaus Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and identifies every inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated item.

Step 3 : Disputes Are Filed on Your Behalf

We prepare and send professionally written dispute letters targeting the negative items. Bureaus must investigate and respond within 30–45 days.

Step 4: Monthly Progress Reports Delivered

Every month, you receive a detailed update showing what was removed, what's pending, and what we're targeting next. Full transparency is part of our promise.

Step 5: Credit Building Coaching

Removing negatives is only half the equation. We coach you on how to strategically build positive credit history so your score climbs and stays there.

Meet the Woman

Behind the Mission

Hi, I'm Ash  Founder & CEO of The Londyn Group LLC.
My credit journey didn't start at the top. I've seen my own score sit in the 400s. I know what it feels like to be stuck, overlooked, and unsure where to even begin. That experience is exactly what pushed me to learn everything I could and once I did, I made it my mission to share that knowledge with others.

With a professional background spanning Wells Fargo, Discover Financial Services, and OneMain Financial, I spent years working inside credit operations seeing firsthand how the system works, who it serves, and more importantly, who it leaves behind.
I watched hardworking people struggle with credit issues that were often fixable they just didn't have the right guidance. So I started helping. First family. Then friends. Then anyone who needed it. And the transformations I witnessed made it clear this wasn't just something I was good at. It was something I was called to do.

The Londyn Group is named after my daughter, Londyn a daily reminder of why I do this work with integrity, purpose, and heart.

"You don't have to figure this out alone. I already did that part for you."

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Next Financial Chapter Starts Here

Take the next step toward cleaner credit, stronger opportunities,

and a more confident future with The Londyn Group.

How long does the credit repair process take?

Most clients begin seeing results within 45–90 days. The full process depends on how many items are being disputed and how the bureaus respond. Our monthly plan allows for continuous work until you reach your goals, while the one-time plan covers 5 complete dispute rounds.

What's the difference between the $497 plan and the monthly plan?

Both plans include the same proven credit repair strategy. The difference is how quickly and aggressively we work your file. Fast Track (One Time) Designed for clients who want faster, more aggressive results with a single upfront investment.
We move quickly through multiple dispute cycles to help you see progress as soon as possible. Monthly Designed for clients who prefer a lower upfront cost and ongoing support over time.
We work on your credit each month and adjust the strategy as your profile improves.

What is credit monitoring and why is it required?

Credit monitoring is a separate service that tracks real-time changes to your credit reports. It's essential during the repair process so we can see when bureaus update your file after disputes and respond quickly if needed. This is billed separately and is not included in either pricing

plan. We'll point you to a reliable, affordable monitoring service during onboarding.

Can you guarantee my score will improve?

No legitimate credit repair company can legally guarantee specific score increases and we won't. What we do guarantee is that we will work diligently, file disputes professionally, and keep you fully informed every step of the way. Results vary based on your unique credit file, but our

track record speaks for itself.

What types of items can be disputed?

We dispute items that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable including late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, medical bills, student loan derogatory marks, child support judgments, hard inquiries, public records, and

more.

Is automatic payment really required for the monthly plan?

Yes. Automatic payment is required to enroll in the monthly plan. This ensures there's no interruption to your service while disputes are actively being processed on your behalf. You'll be notified in advance of each charge, and you may cancel at any time after the 3-month minimum.

How do I access my account and track my progress?

All clients receive access to a secure client portal where you can view your case status, review dispute letters, see bureau responses, and access your monthly progress reports all in one place, available 24/7.

Do I need to already have my credit reports?

No. Once you enroll, we walk you through pulling your reports from all three bureaus as part of the onboarding process. Everything you need will be covered step by step.
